On your journey we will work closely together to help you understand the thoughts, feelings and experiences that have caused you distress. The approach I use will help you understand your cycle of emotion and how to better manage your emotions.

I have worked in the mental health field for over twenty years. I enjoy helping my clients feel better and have more control in their lives.

I started Affirmation Counseling in March of 2020 just as we were entering lock down. I learned quickly how important having the supports needed to manage a world that is constantly changing and at times scary.
