I work with clients who have experienced trauma, including sexual & domestic violence, which may have occurred eat any point in their lives. I also frequently see new parents and those trying to become parents, as I am trained in reproductive & women’s health.

I’ve always been a social worker at heart, even as a kid. I’m an outgoing, curious person, and able to relate and interact with those around me. I understand how thoughts, feelings & behaviors are connected, and can sort through details to see the bigger picture. I thrive with helping people learn how to help themselves and know how to ask for help too.

I work with people of diverse abilities, races, genders & sexualities who seek support & growth. Over the past 20 years I’ve provided counseling & advocacy to clients in various settings and started my own private practice. I educate others about mental health to reduce stigma, increase awareness, and learn healthy coping skills to build resilience.
