I work with a lot of women who have been holding it together but have lost track of their own self-care. When that happens you need to start finding what that very personal positive routine will be. I can help you get that going and keep it going.

I tried to DIY my mental health for as long as I could. I'm stubborn. Eventually I found a good therapist and Al-Anon specifically. It really helped.

I am a one woman show. I am not distracted by having employees and business meetings. I can focus on my mission to help women to find their voices and make the changes they need to. When one woman's life improves it helps the world exponentially.
